If you are interested in a stud service, be prepared to bring your female to us between the 10th and 17th day of the heat cycle.

My studs never leave their home, there are no exceptions.

We will no longer be able to board your female at our facility. If you want multiple breeding sessions, then you will be required to bring your female back and forth.

The stud fee is $500.00 it does not matter which stud you are interested in using. Payments will be expected at time of first tie, and stud contract will be signed before the mating’s occur.  NO EXCEPTIONS

Payments will not be accepted at a later date or after the litter is born or sold.

I do not offer the option of pick of the litter any longer. NO EXCEPTIONS

I only breed to pure bred Shih Tzu’s. The registry does not matter. I look at the quality and health of the female.

The Dam must meet the following requirements:

1) If this will be the Dam’s first time, she must be no younger then 18 months and no older then 3 years old.

2) The Dam must have been through at least one heat cycle.

3) Proof of up-to-date vaccinations.

4) Negative Brucillosis and Herpes testing.

5) Health examination from veterinarian stating she is in good health and condition for breeding. 

5) The Dam must meet the AKC Shih Tzu standards.
